By engaging ShpLinks for website design and development services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope of service

The scope of each project (pages, features, integrations) is agreed in writing before work begins. Work outside this scope is quoted separately.

2. Payment terms

Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. Specific terms are confirmed in your project quote.

3. Delivery & revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.

4. Ownership

Upon full payment, source code and content created for your project become your property. ShpLinks retains no ongoing rights to the delivered work.

5. Liability

ShpLinks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the delivered website, including third-party service outages.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
